Chattanooga police today named the two men who investigators believe were involved in the stabbing death of 36-year-old Shawn Russell on Tuesday.

Police are looking for Johnathan Paul Harvey, 27, and William Matthew Harvey, 25.

Investigators are asking for help from the public to find the two men, who were involved in an early morning brawl at Rumors Bar on Hixson Pike that left Russell dead.

The two men are not brothers, and police are still working to determine how the men are related. Police did not have a photo of either man on Wednesday.

Both men left the bar together in a dark SUV and are believed to live in the Hamilton County area.

Russell, an Army veteran, wielded a pool cue during the fight, Lt. Glenn Scruggs said. Police aren't sure why the brawl inside Rumors started, but said the fight centered on Russell and the two men. Another seven or eight men attempted to prevent or break up the fight, Scruggs said.

Russell is the ninth person to be killed in Chattanoogaso far in 2016 and is the first person to be stabbed to death. Seven of this year's homicide victims were shot to death and a woman was strangled.

Police have not arrested any suspects in any of the 2016 homicides. One 19-year-old woman was shot unintentionally, and one man, also 19, was shot to death while trying to rob another man.
