A report detailing the findings of an investigation into Ooltewah High School, following the rape of a freshman, allegedly by three of his basketball teammates, is expected to be released tomorrow.

The Hamilton County Board of Education voted tonight unanimously to release the report, which was commissioned in March by the board.

Courtney Bullard, a local private attorney with experience in Title IX compliance, conducted the investigation.

The Office of Civil Rights requires school systems to conduct investigations after incidents like this and develop plans to prevent similar problems.
