Rafael's at 9607 Dayton Pike received a 73 on its health inspection, just three points short of a failing score, taking home the lowest score on the latest round of health inspections.

Next up was Kobobsters in Gunbarrell Road, which received an 84 for no date markings on food and a bag of chick peas being stored on the floor. However, that restaurant was re-inspected and received a 98.

Poblano's also received a corrected score of 98 after an initial inspection revealed an unlabeled chemical bottle and improperly stored meat.

Topping the list was Off the Grill II by Chef Q on Taft Highway, which received a 99.

The Mellow Mushroom on Broad Street also received a 99.

The Hamilton County Health Dept. also inspected schools and hotels.
