Northbound traffic is affected with the outside shoulder blocked. Lanes are expected to be cleared by 5 p.m.
A disabled vehicle has slowed traffic on Interstate 75 southbound in Hamilton County, also near East Ridge. Southbound traffic is affected with the outside shoulder blocked.
