TBI investigates death of Bledsoe County inmate

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents are looking into the death this weekend of Christopher Axmacher, 33, in the Bledsoe County jail.

Saturday morning jail authorities found Axmacher unresponsive in his cell. 

After attempting to resuscitate him and rushing him to a local hospital, he was pronounced deceased.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
