Sex offender Melissa Dianne Graham, 46, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office for violating reporting requirements of the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. A sex offender reporting violation is a Class "E" felony, according to a department announcement.
Graham was charged with the crime because she had been staying at a Bradley County address for a week but had failed to report her change of residency within 48 hours.
Her unreported change in residency was discovered when the sheriff's office received information of her whereabouts in connection with a prior arrest originating in another jurisdiction, said the department.
