TBI issues endangered child alert for 8-month-old boy

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued an endangered child alert for an 8-month-old boy.

Xavier Billings is described as a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He weighs about 17 pounds.

He was last seen with his parents, Andrew and Andrea Billings, on Nov. 10 in DeKalb County after they fled the scene of a car crash and a mobile meth lab was found inside their car.

Andrew and Andrea Billings are wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse.
