Code orange air quality alert issued for Hamilton County

The Air Quality Index is predicted to be 101 on Wednesday, which means the air could have health effects for up to 50 percent of the population.

People with heart or lung disease, older adults, teenagers and children should limit strenuous outdoor activities. During outdoor activities residents are advised to take extra breaks and choose less intense activities.
