Police: Two separate gang disputes sparked latest Chattanooga shootings
Chattanooga police responded to a person shot call early this morning at the 4900 block of St. Elmo Ave. and located a man outside of a home suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The victim, 52-year-old Thomas Whatley, was taken to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.
According to police, Whatley says the suspects were in a white vehicle.
Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing.
