UPDATE: Police identified the man found dead in a van at an Orange Grove Park group home at the 3500 block of Lillian Court in Chattanooga.

Orange Grove staff found Carrie Lee Parkey, 60, unresponsive in the vehicle, called 911 and attempted to render aid, according to a Chattanooga Police Department news release.

Chattanooga police responded to the scene and determined that Parkey had died.

Members of the violent crimes bureau and crime scene investigators were called to the scene to gather evidence.

There were no visible signs of trauma to the victim's body, but because of the suspicious nature of how he was found, an autopsy will be performed by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner's office to determine cause of death.
