Alabama authorities seek woman missing from Flat Rock

Authorities in Jackson County, Ala., are seeking a woman reported missing from the Flat Rock area who was last seen on Feb. 1 when she left her home there, according to Jackson County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen.

Lisa Diane Allen Phillips, 53, is possibly driving a red 2003 Dodge Caravan with the Alabama license plate 6439AC2, officials said.

Harnen said Phillips suffers from "manic bipolar disorder."

Phillips is described as white, 5 feet, three inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with sandy blonde hair and dark brown eyes.

Anyone with any information about Phillips' whereabouts should call the Jackson County Sheriff's Office at 256-574-2610 and ask for investigator Tony Baker.
