Traffic is backed up from exit 4 near Hamilton Place Mall to just past East Brainerd Road where the accident occurred on I-75 southbound.
Commuters should seek alternate routes.
Northbound traffic is experiencing rubbernecking delays.

ORIGINAL STORY: Traffic coming from the Hamilton Place area may experience delays after a crash on I-75 southbound of East Brainerd Road blocked a left lane.
The crash was reported at 7:30 a.m. and is expected to be cleared by 9 a.m.
Northbound traffic is unaffected.
