A truck was stolen from the 6200 block of Lee Highway with a baby inside on Monday, Chattanooga police said.
The truck was recovered within minutes of the report at the 24 West and 4th Street area. The baby was unharmed and is back with parents, police spokesman Rob Simmons wrote in an email.
The suspect is in custody and is being interviewed.
