A man has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault after another man was found stabbed early Saturday morning.
The victim, Raymond Hill, was stabbed multiple times at 1000 Peeples St., according to Chattanooga police. Officers found the suspect, David Oliphant, nearby, covered in blood and possessing a bloody knife.
Hill was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
