The Wilcox Tunnel mural was painted in part locally and in Minneapolis, where project leader GoodSpace Murals is based.

According to GoodSpace Murals owner and lead artist Greta McLain the project will take an estimated two weeks to install.

Comprised of over 100 total pieces of fabric, the mural was designed with substantial community involvement.
