Before the vote next Tuesday, the council will have one more budget education session at which the proposed capital improvement plan will be discussed, any issues left over from previous budget sessions will be readdressed and final comments will be shared. The session will take place in the conference room of the council building from 10 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m.

3. Other important issues will come before council. The recently proposed council resolution to form a controversial Business Improvement District will go before the Economic and Community Development Committee at 3 p.m. and then will go before the council for a first vote at the 6 p.m. meeting.
