UPDATE: A man sought for indecent exposure at Chattanooga State Community College is in custody.
Kenneth Labron Fuller, 29, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday after a report of receiving a report of public exposure and sexual battery on the campus.
He is facing charges of sexual battery and two counts of indecent exposure and is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
The Chattanooga State Community College police department is searching for a man after receiving a report of public exposure and sexual battery on Tuesday, according to a news release.
After an investigation, police said they have issued a warrant for the arrest of Kenneth Lebron Fuller. Police said the incident allegedly occurred in the OmniPlex building on campus.

— Treat all threats, direct or indirect, as legitimate and inform law enforcement immediately to ensure documentation of the incident.
— If you are concerned about your safety, contact Chattanooga State police or request a safety escort.
— Collect and save any evidence such as text messages, voicemail messages, Facebook communications, and emails.
— Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, ask for help.
