A man was found shot to death on Easter Sunday in the 7400 block of Bonny Oaks Drive, according to a Chattanooga Police Department news release.
When police reported to person shot report about 3 p.m., they found David A. Rice, 28, lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
Rice was pronounced deceased on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
