The recent heavy rains led to flood conditions in the Chattanooga region Friday, closing several area roads.
According to Hamilton County's 911 website, these roads were closed Friday:
* Grubb Road/Old Hixson Pike
* 1400 Lower Mill Road
* 1100 Lower Mill Road
* 800 Boy Scout Road
* Roberts Mill Road/Levi Road
* 2700 Cannon Avenue
As of 2 a.m. Saturday, the 911 website wasn't listing any road closures.
Drivers should still remain cautious while driving Saturday morning. Over half of all flood-related drownings occur when a vehicle is driven into hazardous floodwater, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
