A woman has died after a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on Middle Valley Road, according to a news release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
A preliminary investigation shows that Tereasa King, 36, was driving a pickup truck that was going north about 2 p.m. on Middle Valley Road when it went off the roadway in a curve, went down an embankment into a wooded area and rolled. King was ejected.
She was taken to a local medical center where she was pronounced dead. King was the only person in the vehicle.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
