These Chattanooga area restaurants are open for dine-in service amid the coronavirus pandemic

State and local officials have announced that Chattanooga area restaurants can begin reopening dine-in services at limited capacity, but many restaurants have stated they will remain closed or only offer takeout and delivery options still. Below is a list of area restaurants opening their dining rooms. We will update this list as more information becomes available.

- Abuelo's Mexican Food Embassy is open for dine-in Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Acropolis Grill's dining room is now serving its full menu with the dining room open at half capacity with servers wearing masks and gloves. It's also offering curbside pick up with online ordering. Customers can order online or by calling 423-899-5341. Acropolis hours of service are now from 11:00 a.m. - 10 p.m., however, folks can pre-order at any time online.

- Alleia is open for dine-in, accepting reservations and walk-ins Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 :30 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

- Amigo Restaurant's Brainerd and East Ridge locations are now open at 50% capacity.

- Amigos Mexican Restaurant at Island Cove Marina is open for dine-in 11 a.m. to 10 p.m daily.

- Applebee's has reopened dining rooms in all Chattanooga area locations. A six-foot distance will be maintained at all times and social distance spacing markers are located both inside and out of each restaurant. Guests can join the wait list via the app or from the host stand as waiting areas will have limited or no seating. Dining rooms and bars are operating at reduced capacity with markers and the number of parking spaces has been increased to cater to customers wishing to use curbside pickup or delivery options. In each restaurant, a dedicated team member is following strict and regimented cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing procedures throughout the day with a laser-focus on high-touch surfaces. All team members and managers are wearing face coverings and following all state or local guidance on gloves. There are now reduced touch points throughout each restaurant and disposable menus are in use; the menu can also be accessed online or through the tabletop device that is regularly disinfected. Condiments are also being made available as single serve with the meal or upon request. Hand sanitizer is available for staff and guests and all locations have a wellness-check process in place to confirm team members are healthy and meet requirements to work.

- Aubrey's Restaurant in Hixson is open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.

- Backstage Bar and Restaurant will reopen, tentatively, Friday, May 1. The Comedy Catch Show room will remain closed until further notice.

- Bad Daddy's Chattanooga at 1924 Gunbarrel Road is set to open its dining room on April 30. The restaurant says it will follow all guidelines & recommendations from the local, state, & federal governments as well as the CDC and that a thorough cleaning & sanitizing of the entire space will take place before reopening the dining room. Staff will regularly disinfect all surfaces and sanitize every table after every guest departs and both managers and staff will be required to wear masks & gloves. All staff will receive a health screening prior to returning to work and before every shift. Dining areas and seating will be rearranged to maintain the six feet social distancing guidelines. Floors will also be marked with tape to show guests where to stand when waiting in the lobby, bar and restrooms. All tables will have a limit of six guests at a time. All menus will be single-use only and all caddies, paper towels and condiments will be removed from all tables. Sanitized salt & pepper shakers, single-use mustard & ketchup and wrapped straws will be brought out for use upon request. Pens used for signing credit card receipts will be also be sanitized after every use, according to the restaurant.

- Beef O' Brady's is now open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturay with 50% capacity dine-in option available, as well as takeout and delivery. 423-910-0261.

- The Bluegrass Grill is open for dine-in 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- The Blue Plate is open for dine-in, curbside pick up, and patio seating Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 9p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Boathouse Rotisserie & Raw Bar will reopen, tentatively, Monday, May 4, at 50% capacity as well as no bar seating for the time being. The menu will also be limited.

- Boccaccia is open for dine-in Monday through Saturday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

- Bridgeman's Chophouse is open for dine-in Sunday through Saturday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday Brunch starts June 14 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- Bud's Sports Bar at 5751 Brainerd Road has opened the covered and uncovered patio seating area and is open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

- Cafe Roma is open for dine-in Monday through Saturday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Cafe & Toast is open for dine-in from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

- Catch Bar and Grill is open for dine-in at 11 a.m. daily, Monday through Thursday until 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch.

- Champy's Chicken is open for dine-in Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

- Chattanooga Whiskey's tasting room will reopen, tentatively, Friday, May 22 with a capacity of eight people. Service hours will be 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

- Charlie's BBQ will open its patio for seating on Saturday, May 16 starting at 11 a.m.

- Cici's Pizza on Gunbarrel and Highway 153 will reopen May 4 dine-in following recommended guidelines. It is still open for takeout and delivery. (423) 485-0900.

- Cookie Jar Café in Sequatchie County will resume some sit-down service starting Friday, May 1, using outdoor seating and reservations only. There are plans to reopen the interior dining room May 5 but with some rules, according to a Sunday night post on social media. The restaurant's service will be a developing process, it says.

"Dine In will be reservations only for at least the first week," restaurant owners wrote. "We ask no parties larger than six make reservations. We have removed several tables and have our seating spread out six feet apart. We are also implementing new sanitation guidelines. We ask that you bear with us and respect our attempts to keep our guests as well as our employees safe."

- Countryside Cafe on Mahan Gap Road will open with 50% capacity, Friday, May 1st. It will offer outdoor seating, curbside pick up, drive-thru, and delivery. They ask that if any customer is not feeling well, please utilize our delivery option and they will gladly deliver your order foods to your home. Employees will continue to wear gloves, masks and disinfect per regulations. They are open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday. Call 423-344-8646.

- Cyra's Restaurant is now offering dine-in as well as delivery, takeout, and curbside services to guests from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. Call (706) 370-7305.

- Dayton Coffee Shop and Restaurant opened on Monday, April 27, in Rhea County for dine-in service with staff wearing masks and gloves, but the owners are encouraging takeout orders still. A social media post states they will begin serving breakfast Wednesday at 7 a.m. and seating will be spaced out and limited to provide for six-foot distancing.

- Diamond Billiard Club will reopen May 4 and will follow recommended guidelines. Call 423-877-5882.

- Dosbros on Lifestyle Way in East Brainerd is open for dine-in service and is offering a 12 chicken/tofu taco promo for $25. It feeds a family of four with leftovers. This is daily special during this time that doesn't need any coupon. 423-541-6140.

- Drake's, located at 7338 McCutcheon Road is now open for dine-in service from 10 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. every day. Servers will be wearing masks, gloves and are screened for any and all symptoms before the shift, according to the restaurant. There will be a host to help in the seating process to ensure social distancing is implemented. Sanitation specialists have been hired and will be working every shift to ensure the guests and staff have the safest experience possible. Bar seating will not be allowed at this time. There will be a full menu, and the beer, burger and sushi of the month will restart in June.

- Edley's Bar-B-Que is allowing some dining on the patio. It is offering delivery and to go orders. The staff will deliver orders within a 3 mile radius of the restaurant at no charge with a $20 minimum order. Orders for delivery only can be placed by calling their corporate catering number at 615-942-7499. Delivery is also available through Uber Eats. Edley's also offers curbside carry out. Customers can place their orders by downloading the Edley's app or by calling the restaurant directly at 423-498-2772.

- Fernando's located at 5308 Ringgold Rd in East Ridge is open for dine in, drive-thru pickup or delivery.

- Fireside Sports Bar & Grill is open for dine-in Monday through Tuesday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m, Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday through Sunday noon to 9 p.m.

- Flying Squirrel is open for dine-in inside and patio seating, delivery, and takeout. Dinner is Tuesday through Saturday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and brunch is Saturday through Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- Goodman's Coffee in Warehouse Row is now open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for carryout only.

- Greg's Sandwich Works on East Brainerd Road is open noon-5 p.m. Monday-Friday with dine-in following recommended guidelines, curbside pick-up, personal delivery, online orders, gift cards, and catering. 423-551-8634.

- Hi Fi Clyde's is open for dine-in service at 50% capacity 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m Friday through Saturday.

- High Point Restaurant is open for dine-in Sunday through Friday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.m and Saturday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. central.

- HillbillyWillys Bar-B-Q at 115 Browns Ferry Road is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Curbside pickup and delivery available still through Dinner Delivered.

- Hooters on Brainerd Road is open for dine-in service with limited number of guests.

- Huddle House at both locations of 5611 Brainerd Road and 9401 Reco Drive are now open for dine-in and takeout orders.

- J. Alexander's is open for dine-in service from 11 a.m. to 9 a.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday through Saturday.

- Jefferson's is open for dine-in service Sunday through Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

- Jenkins Restaurant & Deli in Cleveland, Tennessee reopened Monday, April 27, at 11 a.m. Staff are donning masks, gloves and being checked for COVID-19 symptoms when they come in. The restaurant is open at 50% capacity with tables set up for the "6-foot rule," a manager said.

- Kenny's Southside Sandwiches in Chattanooga is reopening the dining room to 50% capacity starting at 8 a.m. on May 14. The restaurant will continue offering menu curbside pickup starting each day at 8 a.m. New spring menu items are now available.

- Lil Oso is open for patio, curbside, and takeout Wednesday through Saturday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Main Street Meats is open for dine-in and patio dining services starting June 16, from Sunday - Thursday from noon - 8 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from noon - 9 p.m. Customers are asked to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others and wear a mask whenever possible. Staff temperatures are being checked daily and all staff members are wearing masks.

- Maple Street Biscuit Company is open for dine-in service Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m to 3 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- Millers Ale House is open for dine-in, take out, curbside, and delivery Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight.

- Mojo Burrito is offering takeout Tuesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

- Naked River Brewing Company is open for dine-in service from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.

- Newks dining room at 2380 Lifestyle Way is now open. Curbside pickup, as well as no-contact delivery, is also available.

- Olive Garden's Cleveland location started offering dine-in services Monday. Hamilton Place and Hixson locations will start on Wednesday, April 29.

- Opa! in Coolidge Park is open for business and accepting small party reservations at 423-227-9774.

- Papa Ron's is open for dine-in 7 days a week 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. central.

- Park Place in Fort Oglethorpe is open for dine-in service.

- Puckett's will start offering dine-in service with breakfast on Friday, May 1, but will have shorter hours of 7 a.m.- 8 p.m.

- Purple Daisy Picnic Cafe in St. Elmo is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. for dine-in service. Curbside pickup still available.

- Rain Thai Bistro, located at 6933 Lee Hwy Suite 400, is open every day from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. for dine in, although sushi is only available Thursday-Sunday.

- The Read House Bar & Billiards Room is open for dine-in Sunday through Thursday 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m to 11 p.m.

- Rib & Loin's Hixson and Brainerd locations are both open for dine-in service.

- Rodizio's downtown location opens for dine-in service at 4 p.m. Friday, May 1. The Hamilton Place location is open for dine-in service Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Salsarita's at Hamilton Place and Ooltewah are open for dine-in. The Hixson location is tentatively set to reopen Friday, May 8.

- Scottie's on the River is reopening Monday, May 11, according to Facebook. In the meantime, they have delivery, curbside pickup and delivery.

- SideTrack will reopen, tentatively, Monday, May 4, at 50% capacity. There will be no bar seating and the menu will be limited.

- Sing It or Wing It is open for dine-in Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 4:00 p.m., with 21 and up after 6:30 p.m.

- Southside Social is open for dine-in Tuesday through Thursday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

- Stack Southern Bistro is open for dine-in at 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- State of Confusion's patio will reopen, tentatively, Thursday, May 7 at 4 p.m. with limited seating.

- Stir's patio will reopen, tentatively, Thursday, May 7 at 4 p.m. with limited seating.

- St. John's on Market Street will reopen at half capacity and is taking reservations beginning this weekend.

- Stevarinos in Chattanooga is open for dine-in service

- Sugar's Ribs will reopen, tentatively, Monday, May 4. The restaurant will reopen at 50% capacity, and the menu will be limited during the coming weeks as they focus on getting the freshest products from suppliers.

- Tony's Pasta Shop & Trattoria is open for takeout, delivery and dine-in Monday through Thursday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- Totto Sushi & Grill is open for dine-in service. All staff and guests will have their temperature taken before entering the facility, and tables will be spaced at 6 feet apart.

- Wanderlinger Brewing Co. is reopening May 28 for drink orders and table service. Patrons can sit down inside or outside but can't linger around if not seated indoors. Customers are encouraged to wear masks when ordering drinks or interacting with employees. The establishment is also operating under adjusted hours with limited music and activities: Monday – Closed, Tuesday-Thursday 4-8 p.m., Friday 4-9 p.m., Saturday 12-8 p.m., Sunday 12-6 p.m. All beer will be served in plastic cups and the side lot has been converted to outdoor seating for camp chair use. Tables will be spaced for social distancing and patrons are asked to keep a 6-foot distance from people not in their party. The use of credit cards for payment is encouraged instead of cash. Curbside pickup is still available online at https://wanderlingerbrewing.square.site/ and customers are asked to call 423-269-7979 upon arrival at the designated pickup location. To-go beer is not for on-site consumption.

- The Yellow Deli is open for dine-in service 6 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.

**Most fast food restaurants in Tennessee and Georgia will continue to provide service via drive-thru only.
