The following is a list of road closures and road project updates released by the Chattanooga Department of Transportation.
Wauhatchie Pike Reopened
Wauhatchie Pike at the Norfolk Southern / CSX grade crossing is now reopened to traffic.
Broad Street
Broad Street between 11th Street and 12th Street will be closed beginning Friday, June 26 from 5:45 p.m. until Sunday, June 28 at 9 p.m. for TVA Building window replacement.
Martin Luther King Blvd
Martin Luther King Blvd between Lindsey Street and Houston Street will be closed beginning Friday, June 26 from 9 a.m. until Saturday, June 27 at 6 p.m. for an art installation by RISE Chattanooga.
Station Street
Station Street will be closed Fridays beginning at 4 p.m. through Sundays at 10 p.m. to allow for outdoor dining by area restaurants. The Chattanooga Department of Transportation is working to help businesses comply with social distancing requirements by providing extra room in the public space.
Reggie White Boulevard
Reggie White Boulevard will be closed Sundays from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. for the Chattanooga Essentials Market to enhance social distancing measures.The Chattanooga Department of Transportation is working to help businesses comply with social distancing requirements by providing extra room in the public space.
