Chattanooga area men and women of all ages have participated in previous job fairs. Troy Rogers, Chattanooga's public safety coordinator, believes in the importance of having public resources available to those that are striving to move forward.

"We solve recidivism by economic mobility. Give a young man or woman enough money and they probably won't do anything criminal," said Rogers. "Resources, access and exposure are the new equalizers in occupational and vocational success."
