EPB offering free trials, promotional programming in response to COVID-19 outbreak

While the entire Chattanooga region has suddenly found itself with a little more free time than usual, EPB has announced an offer to help customers pass the time while they practice social distancing.

A number of EPB's Fi TV content providers are giving EPB customers free trials, previews and promotions to a number of exclusive channels and programs for a limited time for no additional charge.

Customers can find both live and on-demand programming from the following networks if they are not already a part of their Fi TV channel package:

- Cinemax, until April 17-20

- HBO, until April 17-20

- CNN, until April 17

- FOX News, until April 18

- CNBC, until April 20

- MSNBC, until April 20

- NBC Universo, until April 20

- Oxygen, until April 20

- Universal Kids, until April 20

- FLIX, until April 21

- SHOWTIME, until April 21

- The Movie Channel, until April 21

- Hallmark, until April 30

- Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, until April 30

- Outdoor Channel, until April 30

- Sportsman Channel, until April 30

- Nick Jr., until May 24

- Smithsonian, until May 24

- American Hero, until May 31

- AXS, until May 31

- Cooking Channel, until May 31

- Destination America, until May 31

- Discovery Family, until May 31

- Discover Life, until May 31

- Discovery en Espanol, until May 31

- Discovery Familia, until May 31

- DIY Network, until May 31

- Great American Country, until May 31

In order to get the free trials, customers must receive their Fi TV programming through a mobile app or set-top box.

Channels will automatically appear in the channel lineup. If not, you may need to reboot your streaming device.
