UPDATE: Hamilton County detectives investigating shooting death in East Brainerd

Detectives are investigating a shooting death that happened late Wednesday in the 8000 block of Standifer Gap Road in East Brainerd, according to a Hamilton County Sheriff's Office news release.

The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Antoine Deandre Allen. HCSO detectives are continuing to process the scene.
