The body was identified as that of Amber Renee Monday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Susan Niland said in an email.

"Our agents have been working with law enforcement officers from multiple jurisdictions to try to locate her since she was reported missing out of Bradley County last month," Niland said. Officials at the Rhea County Sheriff's Office in Dayton deferred to the state agency for comment.
