A man has died after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 24, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
Police arrived at the I-24 scene around 4 a.m. Sunday and determined through investigation that a Chevrolet Impala had left the roadway and crashed into a large dirt mound, the release states.
The driver, a 30-year-old man whose name police have not released, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services personnel.
