The Bradley County Sheriff's Office is investigating a dog shooting, according to a news release.
The dog was found to have been shot with a pellet gun around the Tri Circle/Bartlett Circle Northeast area and later died from its injuries.
The incident took place Tuesday.
A $500 reward is being offered for any information that helps identify a suspect in the case. Tips should be directed to the Criminal Investigations Division at 423-728-7336 or through a private message via the BCSO Facebook page.
An investigation is ongoing.
