A woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on the 100 block of Highway 27, according to the Chattanooga Police Department.
Investigators determined a Chevy was traveling south on Highway 27 when it left the roadway and hit a guardrail. The vehicle then crossed the roadway to the left and hit the concrete median. No other vehicles were involved, a news release states.
A 27-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
