Throughout the month of February, Chattanooga State's Adult Student Club: CADRE, sponsored a "Share the Love" food drive by collecting food to help replenish the Tiger Cupboard food pantry on campus. The pantry provides emergency or gap measures to meet food insecurity for students in need.

The CADRE club placed boxes in each academic division to make it convenient for students, faculty and staff to drop off food contributions. During the month-long drive, club members collected more than 263 pounds of food items, as well as assorted cleaning supplies and toilet tissue.

The Tiger Cupboard food pantry has served students more than 145 times since March 2018, 37 of those times during January 2019 alone.
