Good Deed: Nonprofit donates wheelchairs to Parkridge Hospital

Scenic City Friends, a 50+ nonprofit organization of men and women volunteering at Parkridge Health System, recently donated two new wheelchairs to the hospital. Tom Ozburn, chief executive officer, accepted the donations.

The mission of Scenic City Friends is to provide activities for seniors: volunteering, traveling, dinners and educational/entertaining luncheons.

The group donates to several other organizations in the Chattanooga community.
