Hamilton County Commissioners have voted to split the future proceeds of the sale of East Brainerd Elementary School across the nine districts.
In an amendment attached to a resolution to buy $2.2 million from bond funds to purchase security cameras for all county schools, commissioners voted to flag money from future school sales to pay for maintenance costs.
