Tucked away on Ooltewah-Georgetown Road is the quiet yet luxurious community of Georgetown Bay.

The secluded and very scenic home setting offers a variety of large, level lots and floor plans with homes ranging from three to five bedrooms and two to three and half bathrooms. All plans have plenty of space, ranging from 2,872 to 3,688 square feet, and feature elegant cabinetry, granite countertops and high-quality appliances. Superior craftsmanship is found in every area of the homes.

"The most exciting thing about Georgetown Bay is that homeowners have the opportunity to secure a deeded boat slip when they buy or build a new home," said Tina Frizzell, vice president of Pratt Home Builders, the neighborhood's developer. "To live in a neighborhood and walk down the street and hop in your boat is really nice, and you can't do that just anywhere."

Streetlights are found all along the extra-wide sidewalks in the community located on Savannah Bay, out of the way of busy road traffic.

Georgetown Bay is gated and features two docks and a boat launch. Homeowners can enjoy views of White Oak Mountain, yet still take advantage of being only minutes away from I-75 and popular shopping and eating areas.

A professional designer guides buyers through the building process and helps them select from many features for their future home at the Pratt Design Center.

Model homes, including one brand new four-story design that's completely unique to the area, are open every day but Wednesday until 5 p.m. for interested buyers to visit. Frizzell recommends calling ahead before stopping by to make sure a consultant is on hand to answer any questions.
