The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga volleyball team improved to 1-1 on the season with a 3-1 win over Troy Saturday afternoon at Maclellan Gym in the Chattanooga Classic.
Match scores were 25-16, 23-25, 25-22 and 25-11.
Briana Reid led the Mocs with 13 kills, with Sarah Batterton adding 11. Lauren Greenspoon had 39 assists while adding four kills.
While the first three games were tightly contested, the Mocs dominated the final game, scoring the first four points and building a 10-2 advantage over the Lady Trojans.
The Mocs will play Eastern Kentucky tonight at 7.
