Nat Dixon became the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's basketball team's fourth commitment for the 2016-17 season over the weekend.

"After many prayers I've decided to commit to UT Chattanooga," Dixon posted on his Twitter page. "Thank you to those who trusted and believed in me."

Dixon, a 6-foot-5 guard from Panama City, Fla., originally started his college career off at Boston College as a wide receiver on the football team, seeing action in seven games and making one catch against Maine as a true freshman. He left after a season to pursue a basketball career, transferring to East Mississippi Junior College, which also produced current Moc Chuck Ester.

He averaged 12 points per game and made 41 3-pointers in his first college season and made multiple 3s in 12 contests. In high school, he twice led his Mosley High School team in scoring, also leading the state his junior season.

Dixon becomes the Mocs' fourth current commitment for the 2016-17 season, joining guards David Jean-Baptiste, Rodney Chatman and Makale Foreman.
