Former University of Tennessee at Chattanooga defensive lineman Isaiah Mack will sign with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent.

The 2018 Southern Conference defensive player of the year will announce the deal at a news conference Sunday at UTC.

The 6-foot-3, 305-pound Mack was named to The Associated Press FCS All-America first team this past season after posting 8.5 sacks, 11.5 tackles for loss and two forced fumbles. His sacks total ranked second in the Southern Conference and 19th in the Football Championship Subdivision.

The Northwest Whitfield High School graduate finished his Mocs career with 21 sacks.

The Titans drafted former Mississippi State defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons with their first pick in the NFL draft Thursday night in Nashville, but the highly regarded Southeastern Conference star will miss time this year due to an ACL tear in his left knee, an injury that occurred as he trained after the Bulldogs' season ended.

The Titans' roster lists five other defensive tackles, with that group led by four-time Pro Bowl selection Jurrell Casey, who is entering his ninth NFL season.
