Chattanooga Lookouts catcher Mark Kolozsvary has been named to the U.S. Olympic team.

Kolozsvary (pronounced COLES-very) is a 25-year-old former University of Florida standout. In 26 games with the Lookouts this season, he is hitting .269 with three home runs and 20 RBIs.

U.S. Olympic baseball players will convene under the guidance of manager Mike Scioscia in Cary, North Carolina, for training on July 16. They will play in three exhibition games July 18-20 before heading off to Tokyo, with all three exhibition contests streamed online at USABaseball.com.

Team USA will open its Olympic schedule against Israel on Friday, July 30, and play Korea the following day before entering into bracket play.
