Wednesday's recap: Chattanooga shortstop and eight-hole hitter Heiker Meneses had three hits and drove in three runs as the Lookouts swept Jackson, their first five-game sweep this season. Miguel Sano doubled to left field to lead off the second inning and scored on a Meneses two-out single to left. Meneses singled to left in the fifth inning and scored on a Byron Buxton sacrifice to center, and a Meneses triple to right in the sixth inning scored Sano and Stuart Turner as the Lookouts (35-23) increased their lead to 5-0.

Next up: Game one of a five-game series in Birmingham is tonight at 8:05 EDT.

Pitchers: David Hurlbut (1-2, 7.71) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Myles Jaye (4-3, 3.81) scheduled for the Barons.
