Lookouts win 4-1 at Jackson

Friday's road recap: Luke Raley drove in two runs as Chattanooga drew even in its final series of the season, with Luis Arraez going home on Raley's second-inning single and Joe Cronin scoring on Raley's sacrifice fly in the sixth to make it 4-1. Arraez also scored in the sixth, on Jimmy Kerrigan's double, and Chattanooga got its other run in the third as Andy Wilkins drove in Mitchell Kranson with a line-drive double to right field. The Generals got their run in the sixth, when Jason Morozowski doubled to left to push Marty Herum home. Lookouts starter Tyler Wells (2-2) allowed five hits and four walks but struck out eight batters in 5 2/3 innings, and Devin Smeltzer worked the ninth to earn his third save of the season. Chattanooga is 27-37 in the Southern League season's second half and 63-70 overall.

Next up: Game three of a five-game series in Jackson, Tennessee, is tonight at 7:05 EDT.

Pitchers: Dietrich Enns (4-5, 4.01) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Jon Duplantier (5-1, 2.15) scheduled for the Generals.
