» Sunday's road recap: Ramon Hernandez hit a two-run home run to right-center field in the first inning to help stake Jackson to a 3-0 lead, and the Generals took a commanding 8-1 lead in the fifth on Daulton Varsho's three-run homer to right-center. Chattanooga trimmed that seven-run deficit to two in the seventh and final inning when Jose Siri, Taylor Trammell, Gavin LaValley, Brantley Bell and Alfredo Rodriguez drew bases-loaded walks. The Generals and Lookouts were scheduled to play a pair of seven-inning games, but the second contest was rained out.
