Chattanooga's professional soccer teams took care of business away from Finley Stadium and David Stanton Field on Saturday night.

The veteran presence and a generous bounce off the head of Everson Lima helped the Chattanooga Football Club push its win streak to three. Lima's second-half header from more than 25 yards out took a friendly bounce over the keeper's head to provide the difference in a 2-1 win over Georgia Revolution in McDonough.

"Everson is a warrior," CFC keeper Phil D'Amico said of the 32-year-old Brazilian defender who scored his second career CFC goal. "He has played professionally since he was 17 and helps everyone on the field."

Meanwhile, the Chattanooga Red Wolves ended their road skid as the combination of Ami Pineda and Sito Seoane with a lockdown back line provided a major edge in a 2-0 shutout of the Richmond Kickers in Virginia.

Seoane assisted Pineda on a counterattack goal in the 63rd minute to break a scoreless tie, and Pineda laid off a beautiful touch pass to a streaking Seoane for a goal in the 90th. Seoane struck the back left corner from close range on the right side of the box.

Keeper Alex Mangels registered his fourth shutout of the season as the Red Wolves improved to 4-4-3 with their first win away from their temporary home at Chattanooga Christian School. With 15 points in USL League One play, they are tied with FC Tuscon for fourth place and will try to keep their undefeated home record intact this Saturday as they welcome Greenville for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

Chattanooga FC, 3-1-1 after avenging an early loss to the Revolution, received an equalizer from Mason Walsh in the 30th minute and got quality strikes from Joao Costa in his return to the starting lineup.

CFC is second in the National Premier Soccer League conference standings and will play on the road twice this week with 7:30 p.m. matches Tuesday against Asheville City SC and Saturday against Atlanta SC.
