Chattanooga Red Wolves claim 4-1 road win to move into first place

The Chattanooga Red Wolves moved into first place in the USL League One standings with a 4-1 road win Tuesday over North Carolina FC.

Marky Hernandez, Jackson Dietrich, Juan Galindrez and Jonathan Ricketts had goals for the Red Wolves (7-1-7, 28 points), who slid one point ahead of Union Omaha (7-1-6, 27). Ricky Ruiz had three assists, putting him in first place in the league in that category.

The Red Wolves return home Aug. 17 to face North Texas SC.
