The Chattanooga Red Wolves used a road trip to Canada to add to their lead in the USL League One standings, earning a point as they played Toronto FC II to a scoreless draw Friday afternoon at the BMO Training Center.

The Red Wolves, who outshot Toronto FC 9-7 overall with a 4-2 edge in shots on goal, improved to 8-1-9 this season and now have 33 points in the standings, three more than second-place Union Omaha (8-2-6), which hosts North Texas SC (6-5-6) on Saturday. Toronto (6-6-7) is third with 25 points.

Chattanooga's next match is in Florida, with the Red Wolves visiting Fort Lauderdale CF on Sept. 4. The Red Wolves' next home date is Sept. 8 as North Texas visits CHI Memorial Stadium in East Ridge.
