James Kasak assisted on both goals in the Chattanooga Football Club's 2-0 win against New Amsterdam FC in NISA play Saturday night at Finley Stadium.

Kasak - who appeared in a match for the first time since playing well in an April 3 preseason loss to the USL Championship's Louisville City - starred at left back and set up goals by Ian McGrath in the 43rd minute and Sean Hoffstatter in the 72nd. Kasak's first assist was a cross to the middle of the box, where Felipe Oliviera fooled the keeper and let the ball through for McGrath to capitalize. Hoffstatter scored from the far left post.

Chattanooga FC (2-1-1) also received stellar defense from its back line against New Amsterdam (0-5-0).

CFC's next two matches are in Calfornia, against the Los Angeles Force at 10:30 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday and against San Diego 1904 FC at 10 p.m. Eastern on Saturday.
