Former Soddy-Daisy High School and Lee University standout Summer Hernandez and Jess Shepherd scored in the second half as the Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves beat Alabama FC 2-0 Sunday at CHI Memorial Stadium in East Ridge, avenging their only loss of the year.

Now 6-1-1 with 19 points in the standings, the Lady Red Wolves are one point behind the first-place Nashville Rhythm in the Women's Premier Soccer League Southeast Conference. Chattanooga travels to face Southern Soccer Academy on Wednesday.
