Chattanooga FC earns point with road draw in California

The Chattanooga Football Club played Cal United Strikers FC to a 1-1 draw Sunday evening at Championship Stadium at Great Park in Irvine, California.

Brian Bement had the tying first-half goal for Chattanooga FC (3-4-2), which earned a point in the standings but remains seventh in the 10-team National Independent Soccer Association at the midway point of the fall schedule.

Chattanooga FC's next match is also against Strikers FC (4-2-4) at 7 p.m. Thursday at Finley Stadium.
