The Chattanooga Red Wolves picked up three big points in the USL League One Standings on Saturday afternoon, rallying for a 3-2 road win over the North Carolina Football Club in front of 1,120 at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary.

Jonathan Ricketts, Jorge Luna and Marky Hernandez were credited with Chattanooga's goals, with Luna and Hernandez scoring twice in a four-minute surge that put the Red Wolves (11-4-10) on top after North Carolina (5-15-4) had gone up 2-1.

Chattanooga now has 43 points and is second in the standings to Union Omaha (12-4-8), which remained at 44 points with Saturday's 1-0 loss to the Greenville Triumph SC (20-7-8). Greenville, the reigning champion in the 12-team soccer league, is currently third with 38 points.

The Red Wolves have three matches remaining on their schedule, beginning with the regular-season home finale against Toronto FC II at 7 p.m. next Saturday at CHI Memorial Stadium in East Ridge. Omaha, which has a draw and a loss to Chattanooga this season, has four matches left.
