The Chattanooga Red Wolves played Fort Lauderdale CF to a scoreless draw Saturday night in Florida.

The result helped the Red Wolves (8-1-10) move back into a tie with Union Omaha (9-2-7) for first place in the USL League One standings at 34 points. Fort Lauderdale (7-9-5) is fourth with 26 points, one behind the Greenville Triumph SC (7-7-6).

The Red Wolves are home for their next match at 7 p.m. Wednesday, when North Texas SC visits CHI Memorial Stadium in East Ridge.

 

CFC falls at Finley

Markus Nagelstad scored for the Chattanooga Football Club in a 2-1 loss to Detroit City FC on Saturday night at Finley Stadium.

Chattanooga FC dropped to 2-3-0 in the National Independent Soccer Association fall season, while reigning NISA champion Detroit improved to 4-0-1 and strengthened its first-place position in the standings.

CFC returns to competition with a road match against the Los Angeles Force at 10 p.m. Eastern next Saturday.
