First Things First: A 30 day family activity challenge to kick off summer

First Things First, a Chattanooga area organization that provides resources for couples and families, has launched a 30 day family activity challenge to kick off summer during the coronavirus pandemic.

Challenges include learning a synchronized dance, doing an outdoor scavenger hunt, having a themed dinner and more.

First, download the free challenge guide below. Second, complete one activity a day for 30 days and then post pictures of your family completing the challenges to social media using the hashtag #FTFfamilychallenge and be sure to tag First Things First.
