Pearl Mae Johnson, 92, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at a local hospital.She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Johnson; and sisters, Johnnie L. Rowe.Survivors include her nephews, Willie B. Jackson, Wendell Rowe and Donald Rowe; niece, Sundra Hudson; other relatives and close friends, Lena Armour, Ingrid Pearl Chambers, Maudie Hines and Darisa Langston.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, with Willie B. Jackson officiating.Interment Highland Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
